Has anyone bought a new Samsung dishwasher last few months?  
 
The first one I purchased and installed professionally was faulty from first test cycle.  
LC error code.  
The store exchanged it.  
 
Installed replacement, (professionally).  
5 test cycles and good to go.  
 
Approximately 10- 15 full cycles over 29 days and it failed. LC error code.  
 
All drainage is clear, no kinked lines, debris screen is clear.  
 
Wondering if anyone else has this issue?  
 
I am curious if there is a pattern of bad luck or factory engineering design.  
 
Did I purchase a Ford Pinto?

30 day warranty for refund/exchange does not exist/uphold for their store policy because today is day 31 for reporting.

Where do you think the tech's are coming from to fix/service warranties.  
 
They are coming from out of town.  
 
They will not do 1 trip just for 1 job.

I am sure that I am not the only one having trouble with tech/business support regarding quality assurance.  
 
Their money maker is the extended warranty.

Ron's Appliance does Samsung warranty, and will surly get everything sorted out for you.

I don't know. When I think Samsung I think TVs not dishwashers. I have had good luck with Bosch and Whirlpool in the past never an issue. Give Ron a call maybe he will know what is up.  
 
And never buy extended warranty. It's the biggest scam there is.

The business where I purchased it is looking after the issue.  
I am sure that I am not the only one who purchased a dishwasher.  
 
I am just seeing if anyone else has any problems and wondering if there is a pattern of a manufacturer defect.

We bought an LG and its been a bit of a lemon too  
 
repair guy came out twice under warranty but after that ive fixed it three times myself, twice the same problem. and now it has an issue with the upper wand not spinning again, I just dont put heavily soiled dishes on the top because im not fixing it again. When it quits being effective Ill buy a different brand.  
 
Not samsung tho because Ive heard they arent great either

Fortunately the business I am dealing with are quite accommodating.
