changes to pandemic rules effective today jan 23

I've been trying to find out what the new changes are effective today...so far , all I see is 2 extra people can visit a house...staples emailed me and said they are now open for business...are other business open as well? are gyms open, (ie: ymca, healthy living center)I just can't find complete information...thanks

let us hope the easing of restrictions are not abused.
In one of the newsfeeds I listen to , I came across a " quote" ( with no reference as to the original provider, but obviously a smarter person than some)
