So long story short, my child is moving to Manitoba to live with me from another province! Does she have to self isolate and we have a house with slot of people in it, so what if self isolation is not possible what would my Next step be!

Has to self isolate. If she can’t self isolate then don’t move. Or she will need to pay to self isolate in a motel etc for 14 days.

Is this an adult child or a minor? That might change the answer a bit.  
 
There are isolation spaces available in hotels for those who are unable to isolate at home. I don't know if there's a cost, or if you need to be covered under MB Health.  
 
Try calling Health Links to find out availability and criteria. If they don't know, they will know who to ask.  
 
Edit to add: Also, you have the option of the entire household serving the 14-day isolation if there's no other options. Depending on your situation, that might be the easiest/simplest/best solution, especially if it's a minor child who can't stay elsewhere by themselves.

Back when this first started last year, a friends sister had to move back home to their parents, from the Yukon. She isolated in their camper trailer. Is that an option for you?

Yes your child will have to self isolate.  
 
If the house is full either the child needs a separate space (with one adult also self isolating if they are young) could be a camper hotel or basement suite ect. or maybe the rest of the adults can find temporary accommodations, if not then the whole household will have to self isolate

Yes the child is only in her early teens

I would call Public Health and ask for advice. I do believe you will have to designate a bedroom for the teen to stay in until the 14 days are up. If have to share a bathroom will need to be cautious with sharing.  
 
I would ask if you could have the teen swabbed and just isolate until the results are back as it is a move vs a travel situation?

If my daughter (age 17) goes to visit her dad in Saskatchewan for a few days, does she need to self isolate when she returns? Where can I find specific info on this?

No your daughter won’t have to self isolate, There is an exemption in the self isolation rules if a parent or child is travelling between provinces for custody or visitation purposes.
