They said I had to go to an Bell/MTS store which I did on my lunch. NO they could not help me I had to phone - they gave me a number. When the person answered they said Bell - I said I was given this number and it was to be MTS. No I will give you there number. Whoop! I call that and no they could not find my cell number in the system. Great. I wanted to speak from a supervision - NO we are working from home - lucky them I wasn't. I will give you are number - so I phoned that one - they could find my cell number but they could not try my credit card (which has nothing wrong with it). I called another number and finally got a supervisor (who was very nice) could not help me either. I was told I could go and buy extra minutes at CO-OP or 7-11 and take it to BELL/MTS to get it put on my phone. Not going to happen. I have called 7 numbers - my call has been passed around (I was going to say I was passed around but that did not sound good) and I still do not have phone system but my text is still working. Not a good day. "
