anybody had good or bad experience with local roofing company's? we are looking to get our roof shingled this spring

They have shingled our house as well as friends’ and neighbour’s places. Their work is very professional and rates are reasonable.

I would go with Boulet. They have been around for years and have made a good name for themselves. We went with Chimo a few years back and would definitely not recommend them. They shingled over rotten plywood instead of replacing the plywood. We had to point out the rotten wood which needed replaced to them after they finished, which was thankfully visible from the inside of the garage. They did come back and fix it many weeks later and then told me immediately after fixing it I was late on paying him which was crap because the job wasn’t finished until that day. Needless to say I was not at all impressed and would never recommend them to anyone.

Stay and watch their work! make sure they remove all old material and put new material down and down correctly. It's your house and you have the right and responsibility to make sure they don't cut corners to save on materials and time. also don't skimp on cheap shingles you will regret not getting the best shingle you can.

Best in town for many reasons. They did a great job on my house.
