Is there anywhere in or around city, that make their own compost and soil, to sell in bags?  
Perhaps it might be referred to as "organic "

You can get compost super cheap at the landfill.

How does that work for getting wood chips? I wanted to get some, but they don't answer the phone and don't return emails. They list prices per ton, but it was unclear what I could do if I only want a couple of trugs full (or did I have to buy by the ton).  
 
I know last year they ended up having that huge pile of free wood chips over off Parker or whatever (and we got LOTS of them LOL), but that wasn't until much later in the season and I needed the wood chips 2 weeks ago already ha ha ha!
