Anyone drive Hwy 1 West on June 17? Find Jordan Ross

We are looking for anyone who was driving on Hwy 1 on June 17 between 8:15am and 3pm and saw the vehicle pictured.
Vehicle was found west of Brandon before the bridge over the Assiniboine River going westbound.
