Hello everyone, I am inquiring about family managed care for your loved one. I like to be in contact with individuals who are currently taking full responsibility for their family member as a Family Manager. I have been in contact with Prairie Mountain Health in regards to this, but it would be better to be in contact with individuals that are currently providing care and their experiences so I can better understand and gain more knowledge through your experiences. I am willing to meet with you and take you out for coffee at Tim's when or if you have time as I have so many questions. Again please only respond if you are currently doing the Family Managed Care at home. Greatly appreciated and have a wonderful summer everyone.
