Art with Attitude Information

I’ve i:ncluded some information below to answer some frequently asked questions about booking an event.
DATES
• My availability is typically evenings and weekends (afternoons or evenings).
• You can find my updated availability on my website www.artwithattitude.ca. On the main page is a link to my calendar. If I already have a class booked that day, or I’m unavailable for booking it will be indicated there.
PROJECT OPTIONS
• A variety of project options is listed below along with the per person cost (as of Nov 26 2022 – subject to change in the future).
• The prices are with a minimum class size of six creators. There is a $10 per person discount if there are 15 or more creators!

$40 Wood Slice Ornaments (3 per person)
$40 Acrylic Painting on Canvas 16” x 20” Canvas
$60 Resin Cheeseboards or Coasters
$40 Alcohol Ink in a Frame
$40 Paint Pouring/String Pulling/Wave Pour
$60 Oil Painting
• Maximum class size varies between 20-40 depending on the artform chosen.
• There are also a few other options available for classes in the book online section of my website.
• If you chose paint night you can choose which painting you would like to do, or I can provide a few suggestions. There are lots of ideas for paintings on my pinterest page found here:

Some options i:nclude Perfectionism, Self Care, Anxiety, Growth Mindset, Goal Setting, Leading with Confidence & Prioritizing Mental Health. If your organization would like input into the types of things I talk about through the event I would love to discuss this more with you.
• I ask that you let me know the final number of participants for your event at least one week before the date of the event.
• I also have public events that I plan, where just one person can register. Check my website and/or the events section of my facebook page for the most updated classes available

VENUE
• I can host small events in the art studio in the basement of my home, or I also can travel to you (additional mileage charge will apply if class is outside of Brandon)
• If a larger space is needed I can assist in finding a venue to host an event if you don't have one available.
• If there is a cost to renting the space that would be an additional cost to the organization planning the event.
REGISTRATIONS
• Payment can be made by cash, cheque, PayPal, credit card (on website) or by e-transfer to artwithattitude19@gmail.com.
• If the organization is paying for the event I can submit an invoice on the date of the event for payment processing.
• If the individual participants are paying for the class they can pay ahead of time by etransfer, or on the day of the event. Refunds are provided if there are any last-minute cancellations (as long as the minimum class size is met).
EVENT NIGHT
• Events usually take 1.5-2.5 hours for the creators.
• If there are a couple people that can help with setup and tear down that would be greatly appreciated (but not required).
• I would need access to the event space approximately an hour before the event start time for setup. Teardown usually takes around 30 minutes.
