Hi I used to work for Apple Tech Support and is better if you give them a call, it’s free and they will definitely help you sorting out this problem, you each need to have their own Apple ID and separate all data, most likely one of you will have to create a new one and bring over some info and input some new data, it can get a bit confusing so, whenever you have a couple hours free give them a call, just dial *APPLE
