I’m in search of bulk organic hard white wheat berries, would anyone know of anyone selling some locally. Thanks!

Hedley's Health Hut

I bought some at Hedley's Health Hut last December. It wasn't sold in bulk but was in 400g bags ($4.95 at that time). I've been using their wheat for years, very nice, clean kernels.
2Farm Kids used to sell wheat in bulk, but I found it had to be cleaned by hand before we used it for Kutia....not worth the trouble.

Bob's Red Mill?

Bob's Red Mill has organic wheat berries in their product line so maybe one of the supermarkets would carry them? If not, and if you're not in a hurry, you could try one of the online health food stores - Well.ca, iHerb or maybe even amazon.
