Hi folks! I’m looking for the gentleman who witnessed my fender-bender on Mon, Mar 13 at about 8:45 am on Victoria Avenue East in front of Rideau Park PCH. On the one rare occasion that I didn’t have my phone with me, you kindly took pictures and texted them to me after the other driver took off!! But I didn’t get your text!
