Wonder why the city would not join the hospital to the clinic it sure would be more convienent .

It’s right across the street. You can get in through emergency doors entrance to enter the hospital (there is a cut off time, I just don’t have it). Doing what you propose would be nice, but it would also cause taxpayers millions for redevelopment. Even then, a person would still have to walk through enclosed hallway or bridge to get there.

Just curious as to what benefit this would serve? Also this wouldn't fall on the city as it's a private clinic so city adding money to develop a private business is a slippery slope

Well just got to thinking the Westoba credit Union on 10th the skywalk there is no longer in use . So if they built a skywalk there it could possible be done at hospital to clinic just a thought .

Let's also not forget that the hospital is owned and run by the Province, not the City.

Its a private business of no connection to the Hospital/Province. It would also be convenient to be attached to Shoppers Drug Mart also but that too is a private business.

It would be great to have it all under one roof . maybe some day can always hope .

If the skywalk went north to Shoppers, a couple of branches could also connect Westman Lions and Victoria Landing.

-seniors housing
-pharmacies
safety
-post office
shoppers also some food items
weather conditions

some folks might .
as for sidewalks in weather
icy sidewalks , snow covered , rain
easier and safer
folks with stroller .walkers , scooters etc.

Aside from cost, it would be a cool idea kinda haha.
