Where is Brandon has a good selection of pride stuff?

Smitten has had a good selection in the past as well!

Smitten has a good selection of Pride flags and accessories and they're local too! Lots of selection of different types of Pride flags too and there are some t-shirts on the way to them as well.

We have a great selection of Pride flags in stock at the moment including the very popular Progress Pride, 2-Spirit Pride, Trans Pride as well as Bi, Pan, Lesbian and more. We also do carry a selection of buttons, lapel pins, stickers, jewelry and other Pride accessories as well.  
 
T-shirts are on order (sizes Small to 2XL) and we are just waiting for them to arrive. In the past they weren't a big seller or asked for very much but this year we've seen a big increase in folks seeking them out so we placed a few orders to get the ball rolling with those too.

We are also going to be re-arranging the store a bit so that the Pride products are all up by the front counter. That way if any parents/guardians want to accompany their youth in to get Pride products they are right there at the front for them in a more all-age-appropriate section of the store.

I wouldn't dare consider getting my pride colours form anywhere other than Smitten. You will find the biggest selection, and you're supporting local, does it get any better?  
 
We got our pride flag form there and will be stopping by for more colours for the upcoming parade.

When is the parade

Pride Week is June 11 to 17th. The parade is Saturday, June 17th. If you are on social media, check out 'Brandon Pride' for info - I don't think the final calendar of events is out yet, but it should be shortly!

"Join us ( Brandon Pride ) at Brandon City Hall (410 9th Street) for the rally to start off Brandon's Pride March! Rain or shine! Remember to bring water and dress for the weather!  
Gather on 9th Street alongside City Hall at 12:30PM for a smudging, prayer, a speech from the Chair of Brandon Pride, and the introduction of the Pride March 2023 Grand Marshals.  
The Brandon Pride 2023 committee is encouraging people show up as themselves instead of under a banner of a business or organisation this year. Brandon's Pride March has always been a rally and a march on foot to respect the first gay pride marches in the 1970s for gay rights. However, if folks do prefer to walk under the banner of a business or organisation, they are still welcome!  
The March will move onto Victoria Avenue and move east towards Rideau Park where we will begin Pride in the Park! The Pride March will be directed by Brandon Police Service traffic officers and there will be cooling and water stations with trash bins available along the route."
