For the past 3 weeks our water quality has been poor. There is a lot of iron in the water to the point of staining in shower and toilets. Even after flushing the toilet, the water is still yellow in colour. I have been buying water for drinking. I understand the water were being flushed but didn’t think it would take weeks to clear up. I talked to water services twice. I was told (by the manager) that a valve was closed due to work being done at McDonald’s. My neighbor also called and was told they are waiting on parts. Hoping the water returns to normal soon. Any suggestions to clean the iron in toilet bowls/tank?
