Are the 2 north lanes and 2 south lanes of the bridge being done together at the same time ? From what i see looks like it. Once complete they will tie the new bridge in and tear out the old one ? Is this correct ?

I think you are correct. Most of the full bridge is already constructed. I think they have to demolish what we are driving on to fully complete the south bound lanes

The pictures don't answer my question. The question is are both south bound lanes and north bound lanes being built now.

If you check the photo update section in the link under June, you can clearly see that both sections for north and south bound traffic are being built. It also appears that the pedestrian bridge is built and in place.

What is being built now are the two north bound lanes. When they are completed north and south bound traffic will be routed on to the new bridge while the old bridge is demolished and then the two south bound lanes will be built.

I believe a new 4 lane bridge is being constructed and the old bridge will be demolished by the end of 2023.

The complete new 4lane bridge is being built NOW.  
 
If you click on the link supplied by the first reply above and then click on "Daly Overpass Project (PTH 10 - Brandon" under "Project Des:cription" it explains all the timeline of building the new bridge and demolition of the old bridge by late fall of 2023.  
There is a good diagram showing the new bridge and you can see where the old bridge was.

They first built the first 2 lane bridge. Then had everyone use the new one while the dismantled the old and built the second. So in this case there are 3 bridges being built, pedestrian bridge, north bound and south bound.

No Trevor that isn’t how they are doing this one. Most of the bridge is up already. They just have to demolish old bridge to finish up the South bound lanes.

Have a look the picture I’ve uploaded. There is a clear division between north and south bound lanes. As you can see they are already there. So all four lanes are already up.

You got the wrong information from someplace. Go take a look. Right now there are 2 south bound lanes being built and 2 north bound lanes being built at the same time. Not sure how they will tie it in to the rest of the road system but once complete the will tear out the old bridge. I think but not sure that they will put the east 2 lanes in service having single traffic both ways . Once the west side is tied in and complete both side will be put into use. After completion they will tear out the remainder of the old bridge that is currently being used. I'm likely not 100% right but close. Go take a look and if you don't see 2 lanes running south and 2 lanes running north under construction you had better get your eyes checked.

didn't realize they were doing all 4 lanes at once. Thought I read that the plan was to build northbound first and the southbound was going where the current bridge is. But if they were doing it all at once, all the better.

That was my understanding as well Trevor but obviously they are doing both north and south bridges at the same time.  
For any naysayers still out there, count the steel "I" beams. The drawings call for 5 beams for the south lane and 5 beams for the north lane. The last June picture clearly shows 10 "I" beams and the pedestrian bridge.  
It looks like we might be driving on it before the snow hits.

The newly opened overpass is encouraging, but it's going to make for an interesting drive during the winter. The lane is intended for north bound traffic and the incline heading south is very steep. I realize that in order to complete the project this must be done. Just saying....
