On Fri 11th between 9 -10 AM 2 guy hitch hikers came along sat outside resting and asking for spare change then 1 of the guys goes in brings out cup milk then pouring it in a little dish then grabs this little black bag and in the bag 2 small kittens looked like they should still be with their mom guys fed them and popped kittens back in bag . Did anyone see the guys ? Interesting as to where they were headed and how kitties would be doing ?
