Many people do not that this is a free service to the public that could help you investigate people for things such as bankruptcy, court proceedings, and protection orders!  
In light of Brandon's latest tragic murder please consider doing a quick check on people BEFORE you rent to them to see if any red flags pop up! Its only one small tool but if it can help anyone its worth passing along. Stay safe !

A lot of people do not know how to read this registry and may not know what they are looking for though.  
You have to be careful in the use of a tool like this as well that it does not lead to discrimination. For example, a person that filed for bankruptcy 20 years ago does not necessarily indicate an issue right now.

Is there a site like this for Saskatchewan as well?

Is on the provinces. If Saskatchewan court registry doesn’t pop up for an online search they probably don’t have one.
