I just went in December to help with my fear of flying and it was honest life changing! I used to get nauseated and cry and shake and have to lorazepam and sleeping pills just to get on the plane and a few more along the way! I just got back in July from a trip from Scotland/Ireland and I had none of of that stuff before hand and got on the plane with no tears or hesitation! I did take one lorazepam for each flight but that was more a precaution then a necessity!

May I ask who you went to see, and where?

Incredible experiences, highly recommend. Non-suggestive and overall clarity. I used to see Carmen Fisher at Zen Zone.

Do you know that planes are the safest form of transportation? Why would you be afraid of them?

The poster obviously knew that, and knew their fear was not logical and took the steps to get past it. But a fear is a fear regardless of logic. There are people who are scared of spiders or mice, would you make the same comment to them? Neither will hurt them either.

I also used Carmen but I seen her in her home!  
 
Yes I know flying is the fastest way to travel(I a actually wanted to be a flight attendant growing up) but once I had my daughter I became scared of everything! Being on a boat, a snow machine, even riding my bike! I think I was just so scared of dying and leaving her without a Mom!! As she got older all the other fears slipped away except flying it went so far in the other direction, but like I said before going to see Carmen I can say without a doubt changed my life!

Many people are afraid of flying. You are being obtuse on purpose and completely missed the point of the other person’s comment.
