Trickle Down Theory

What are the facts about "Trickle Down" as it has been told to us? Prof. Mark Blyth of Browns University tells that the RAND Corporation looked into it. They looked at the years 1975 to 2018. They measured the
growth in productivity and produced a graph with expected gains to the different income levels in society.
They also produced a trace of where the gains went. RAND's statement. "From 1975 to 2018, the difference between the aggregate taxable income for those below the 90th percentile and the equitable growth counterfactual totals $47 trillion." The professor said that it all "trickled up"!
Where was the News media? Maybe they did not want to annoy the advertisers.
Where were the Political parties? Maybe just blaming all bad times on the Party in power.
