Breathing Exercizes

While this likely won't solve the issue,
practicing breathing exercises will help to reduce the anxiety that comes with living with tinnitus (40yrs of it). Some people would call it meditation, others know better. 20minutes or 5minutes, this is your practice. Living with it may not go away, but how you live with it can.
While this suggestion may not resonate with anyone: suggesting a person cut out sugar from their diet is less likely to happen, than picking up breathing techniques. You can research how diet affects tinnitus and draw your own conclusions. Though mindfulness can help too.
