always_smile:) said "Does anyone know if there is any reimbursement for the cost of a Winnipeg Public Library membership through the city? I saw that some municipalities will offer a reimbursement in all or part for paying for the WPL membership. They offer some pretty great services that our library doesn’t, being a smaller city, so I was curious if that is an option here. Thanks for any information you might have! "
I would doubt it. Some of the e-resources Brandon library offers can be found on their website:
https://wmrl.ca/eresources/. They also have many events and happenings posted on social media.
You can buy a library card for Winnipeg annually that covers the household for $166/year.
Contact Brandon library directly they would be able to tell you. If you don’t have a library card in Brandon though I would doubt the City would subsidize a Winnipeg card.
