    I just ordered xmas gifts through Amazon.ca and they put the shipper as Intelcom. I had issues with them not delivering my packages before so im hoping things changed. I had asked for them to not be my shipper but I guess that was only good for a while?!?! Was just wanting to give everyone a heads up this holiday season.

    They also don't ring your bell to let you know they delivered. Had a package sit out in the snow last weekend because we didn't know it was there.  
     
    Not everyone has doorbell cams to notify you of activity at your door!

    There was lots of stories and discussion months ago when they weren’t seeming to deliver anything. Last few months have been fine

    They were awful last year but I did order a few this month and they all came on time. They also have a website where you can track packages

    They also send you email notifications (they ended up in my junk inbox)

    Last year i had nothing but issues with them and demanded amazon not send my packages with them anymore.  
     
    They have since started using them again for the holiday rush and i haven't had any real issues. Tracking is more current and accurate than ASL's tracking and they have actually been delivering my packages on time unlike Canada Post lol
