Hi,  
Just wondering about your experience with realtors when selling your home. Any favourites? Any thoughts on lower-commission companies?

Decided on Melinda MacDonald with 3% after talking to a few agents. She was so easy going and honest.  
Others seem so darn desperate to get the sale, so a turn off and even some exagerated and phibbed to to get the listing.  
Well that the experience I had

Fabulous all around person. You won't be sorry.

Kevin was recommended to me by a colleague and I was not disappointed!! Kevin (and his wife, Barb) are an awesome team! The one time that I wanted to view that Kevin was not available, he had his wife meet me. They know their business and understood my needs. I bought my house within a couple of months. They walked me through the process, making it easy for me to understand! The couple of times that I have needed assistance, I have reached out to Kevin and he made recommendations for companies that performed the work. A wonderful, non-stressful experience! I HIGHLY recommend him!

Excellent communication, listens, finds property desired and has buyers for your property. Wouldn't sign with anyone else.
