What all is everyone seeing for returning birds so far?

The crows have been back for a few weeks in our area. The juncos came back several days ago and today the purple finches showed up. We've seen one northern flicker so far and heard some red wing blackbirds but haven't actually sighted them yet.

Saw about a dozen Robins today on my walk. Also saw black birds. Lots of geese on our property.

The kill deers are back and yes the robins are back and being bossy.

So far on our acreage by Kemnay. Crows, pigeons, geese, grackles, woodpeckers. This year, though, we did have two Bald eagles in the area for the first time. Stayed a few days in our willow trees, but the crows banded together and pushed them out. Smaller yard birds are now making their way back now that the predators are moving on.

Quite a few so far that I have seen!
Robins, starlings, grackles, red winged black birds, ducks (was not close enough to see what kind), geese, juncos, kestrel, mourning doves, meadow lards, horned larks, tundra swans (migrating through), killdeer, bald eagle, golden eagle, hawks (not sure what kind). Maybe a couple others I am forgetting!

Hummingbirds are back! I saw my first barn swallow this morning, so knew it was time to put my hummingbird feeder out - and had my first one at lunch time!

I had a half dozen grosbeak pairs today at the feeder, along with some purple finches. The juncos have moved on. Last week, it was all white-throated sparrows, all the time.
