Any suggestions where to take our older GMC SIERRA to have a new carburetor installed.Found out some places don’t do this.Any suggestions appreciated.

Take it to Minute Muffler. The most honest and reasonable shop in town imo

Call any place recommended to make sure they actually do. Many car techs simply have never worked on them, since they aren’t used normally since the mid 1990s. Compared to fuel injection and vehicles with onboard diagnostics setting up a carb is a dying art that few want to bother with, or know how to do.

Hands down, Harry can make your carb vehicle purr. He has a knack with GMs.

You probably meant Harry at Minute Muffler not Active Muffler? Cause Harry at Minute will figure it out for sure
