Looking for recomendations for a company or individual that does lawn care in the Cottonwoods area. We need the ditch area in front of our property cut and cleaned up. It's mostly grass with some wild plants/small bushes. It's just a little to rough and steep for my riding mower to do safetly. Carter Brothers used to do an excellent job with it, but are not doing out of town work right now. Alternative does not service the area either. Anyone else to call?

Not sure if he goes out of Brandon, but I am pretty sure.  
Will Morris at VIP Lawn Maintenance has the "stuff" and can git 'er done!  
Spring cleanup? Dethatching, lawn vacuuming, dump runs, gutter cleaning. How about needing something moved? Will is reliable, affordable and with excellent references.

I'm still looking for someone that might be interested in cutting the grass in the ditch at my propery. I've added a couple pictures of the area I need done. I cut it myself this weekend, but have many other things I could be doing. I bought an older mowing just for the ditch this weekend at a garage sale, it has been recently tuned up and runs great. I did the job in about three hours, and that's after putting in 55 hours at work the five days before. I'm 54 years old, so I figure someone younger could do it much quicker. It was also overgrown from waiting to find someone, which means now it would be easier. I would pay $100 cash per each time they cut it. I will provide the push mower and gas. All they would need is a way to get out to Cottonwoods (17 kms from Brandon) and the ability to start and safely push a mower in a ditch. I have talked to a few landscaping businesses. Two don't go out there and one said they didn't have the proper equipment. I did talk to Livingstone a few times and they kept either forgetting to get back to me or were too busy to. So, if someone is looking to make a little extra money, they can message me here.
