I took my income tax to be done but ., they misplaced all info original T4 , rent etc ? What department would I contact to get a T4 reissued do the T4 comes from Ottawa or Winnipeg .

You can log onto your CRA account get copies of all T4 slips.  
Rent receipt you would have to get from landlord they can just write duplicate receipt on it.  
 
Are they for pensions like CPP etc or employer?  
 
Employer can give you duplicate receipt.  
 
But CPP and OAS you can phone you can request a copy from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) or by calling 1-800-959-8281.  
 
You might also consider finding someone little more responsible to do your tax return.

Don’t call yourself dumb because you’re not. We all have different ways.

Your T4s are available to any accountant that you give permission to access your account. You "authorize a representative" and they can grab the T4s from the online system for you. Usually if you hire someone like HRBlock or whatever, you have to give them that authorization anyway in order to file for you.  
 
At least that is how my accountant does it . I never send her our T4s, she just pulls them from the CRA herself.

Can you access your CRA and save your the T4s to your computer? You could then send them to your email and you could get them printed off at Staples.  
 
 
 
Or snap a clear picture of them on your phone and get them printed off Staples.

You can get the information by logging into CRA My Account to view your forms.

Did they lose all the forms before they completed your taxes? Which organization was the volunteer with? Can the volunteer, or someone with the organization help you out?
