Has anyone been in Myrtle beach, USA recently? Is that good and safe place for traveling solo? Any tips , recommendations or suggestions?

I was there once about 15 years ago on a golf trip with 11 other guys. It’s a big sprawling place with canals and creeks all over the place so you may need your own transportation when you’re there, depending on what you want to do. There are lots of great little bars and restaurants for guys like us, to go along with 100 golf courses (not kidding) but there is also tons for everyone from 5 to 105 to do there. Literally miles of beaches. Variety of attractions. I always wanted to go back with the family but we never got the chance.
