HI I received this email and have no idea what it is. Must be a scam. I always worry about someone trying to get into my account.

Yeah, absolute scam. I get this one almost as regularly as the Canada Post /US postal Services scam emails and texts. Delete it, don't respond to it.

I suspect this is a scam. Even if you have a Microsoft subs:cription, they don't send you emails/texts. If you have one, log into your account and you can see payment details there.

Actually they do send emails notifying of renewal if you have a yearly subs:cription. We get an email every year saying that our subs:cription is renewing.

I also get a renewal email from Micro-Soft for 365 just before the renewal date.

Do not click on any links in the email!!!

Go to the actual website (microsoft.com in this case) and log in with your account login info. Check status there!
