Now that I found out I have to move my Ejector because of boundary issues, does anyone have a local company that they would recommend? Would prefer as little damage to my yard as possible because of trees so not sure if any companies have a small trenching machine for that purpose? Any suggestions would be so helpful.

Confirm with your local authority that you can have an ejector, sometimes it depends on how much land that you have. (sometimes rights are grandfathered, sometimes not). It needs to be a certain distance from highways and wells (200 feet?) and food growing areas.  
You will need a certified installer to do the work, unless you operate the machine yourself.  
Yellow pages will give you names of those certified installers.

Yes, I do need to move my ejector as I have already looked into it because of the sale of my property. I am just looking for companies that do this sort of work that are in the Virden, Souris or Brandon areas.  
If anyone has had this work done or knows of who I could call then much appreciated.

They're based out of Rivers, they may do this type of job. They have a website and come up on Google. I have heard they do good work.

Didn't the province come out with new rules back in 2010 about rural properties and ejector systems?  
 
Could have sworn I read some where they need to be decommissioned or you have to possibly pay so much to apply for an exemption when selling.  
 
Holding tank may need to be installed?
