Is it possible to contact someone from Amazon's customer service? I have looked and looked, and cannot find anywhere on the website.  
I ordered some laundry detergent, and the lid came loose and the liquid leaked all over, making the box soggy and ripped. When I picked it up from the post office, Canada Post had put the whole mess into a sealed plastic bag. I would like my money back or a replacement, but my only option on Amazon is to send it back. I'm not really sure that putting the soggy mess in the mail is very practical.

This has happened to me too. Take pictures of how it arrived just in case they need proof. Contact Amazon directly and ask if they need it returned. They likely won’t want a soggy mess mailed back but make sure you keep it until they say you can discard it. They’re pretty good with that stuff

Yes you can. Log into your Amazon account and go to Returns and Orders. Go to your order and select Help. I've spoken to customer service before. Good luck!

For some products there is a 'get help' option, but not for this one - see screen shot.  
The 'get product help' takes me to the Arm and Hammer website for help with the product, not to get my money back.  
When I try to get a refund or replacement, there is no option to send photos, just to send the damaged one back - see other screen shot.

1) Login to your Amazon account  
2) Scroll to bottom of the page and click Customer Service under the "Let Us Help You" section of the footer  
3) Select the order that has the issue  
4) Select "Damaged or Defective Item"  
5) Click "I need more help"  
6) Finally request a call back or chat online with an agent
