Black and white Border Collie seen

13 th and Van Horne seen running east. We tried to get the dog into our car but it kept running. Has a blue collar and tags. Too bad as we could have returned the dog if it had trusted us. Hope this helps who ever is looking for it. Beautiful dog. Hope it’s ok .
