    How much is a cat deposit in a rental ?  
    If you have more then one cat is it a deposit for each cat?

    Equal to Damage Deposit

    My current landlord had us put down half a month's rent for our damage deposit and another half month's rent for our pet deposit. Flat fee, not based on number of animals in the home.

    Up to one month's rent can be requested regardless of the number of pets.
