Morning, just wondering if anyone knows who is the courier service or where they are located in Brandon ?  
Have 3 packages that show they have been with a driver in Brandon since the 17 Dec but have not been delivered and the chatbot on their site is useless

have been checking the #'s provided and they all say package was handed to a driver for delivery on Dec 17 at approx 0846 hrs in the morning to be delivered

address in Brandon that is available for pick-up, but their website has a 'phone number. 1 647 360 4178

Try this parcel App. It should tell you which company they have shipped your parcels with. Purolator, Canada Post, etc.

I have seen other discussions about parcel pick ups folks have also mentioned Fedex .

I do not believe there is a location where items can be picked up... believe me, I've tried.  
(My understanding is they ship it directly to their delivery guy, at least that's the impression I got dealing with them numerous times.)  
 
I have had issue with UniUni EVERY single time they have "delivered" something to me. Once the tracker said they had my parcel IN BRANDON for 4 WEEKS with no attempted delivery. Contacting the company will get you nowhere... believe me, I've tried.  
 
I actually filed a complaint with Canada's Better Business Bureau about UniUni.  
Google "Canada Better Business Bureau UniUni" and read the hundreds of complaints (I'd post a link but think eBrandon doesn't like it when you do that.)  
 
The best way I found was to call the number I would get midnight texts from like "i got u r parcel" with no identification other than a TORONTO phone number... (GTA 289 area code).  
 
Not text them... call them.  
 
Not UniUni but the delivery guy. (If you've ever received a text, use that number it's the delivery guy).  
 
For me it's always been the same guy. He is rude so expect that as I'd assume it'll be the same guy for all of Brandon. I just think he doesn't want to deliver things. Once I started phoning him I started getting my parcels. But UniUni's delivery model has been described as "Uber-style" so it could be just about anybody.  
 
UniUni is the prime delivery in Canada for companies out of China like Temu, etc. so expect to be dealing with many issues if you order from such companies.  
 
Because of UniUni I don't anymore. Dragonfly for Amazon is similar (I had to tell them I was coming to search their warehouse on 1st street before I actually got my delivery)... and don't get me started on UPS.

I know someone whose package got delivered to the wrong house by that company. She tried getting ahold of the company, but all they did was send her a picture of the delivery. She went to their house and knocked on the door. She was able to reclaim most of it that she could find, even the used items they stole shamelessly. People suck. So does that company!

I just received 2 packages that say they are out for delivery in Winnipeg. They didn’t knock or ring the doorbell. If you’re waiting on packages, maybe check your door every now and then? Thankfully I have cameras but not everyone does. Would hate for someone’s stuff to go missing after waiting so long for it!

And waiting and waiting for my package that was supposed to be here already from the same company they were Christmas presents such a let down !!

You should inform Amazon on their website about poor delivery service and the name of delivery service.  
They have cancelled contracts in past with poor delivery persons.  
 
Just do it on website through customer service or A-Z guarantee.

I just requested a refund for a Temu order that hasn't had tracking updated since it arrived in Canada on Dec 13. If they continue to use Uniuni, I will stop ordering from Temu altogether. I have one more waiting to arrive but I'll wait to see what delivery company has it as it's not in Canada yet.

Well still no package delivery, guess it is lost in some warehouse or delivery van , have requested a refund on items , told I get to keep the items if they do show up , guess whoever the delivery driver is in Brandon does not like doing his job.  
See Temu is also changing it terms of service and dispute process in the new year , by sounds of it everything will go through arbitration if there is problems, what and see what happens I guess

My December 3 order that was refunded because the tracking stopped once it was received in Mississauga was apparently shipped to MB! Sunday I received an email saying it was out for delivery. Five days later and I'm still waiting...

My package ordered on December 3 finally was delivered on January 5!! Wonder how long the next package will take?!?

I got a notification saying my parcel was delivered. Dec 24 around 4pm. I live out of town and get my delivery at work. The office was clearly closed with a sign on the door stating we would be back to work Jan 2. I was out of town but got someone to run to my office and check outside. There was nothing. Once I returned to work we checked the security camera. The delivery driver clearly tried the door. Found it was locked then scanned the package. He then takes the package back to his car. I contacted both uniuni and Temu. They have told me the order was delivered successfully and they will not refund me. I've sent both companies the video and still nothing. So looks like I'm out $100.00.

Seems delivery companies just don't care. That's why their "customer service" call centres can't do a thing. I've waited 7 weeks for a UPS delivery... they claim was delivered CHRISTMAS DAY!!! when my ENTIRE family was here...and UPS is closed... the video at the front door shows nothing but family all day. Called them... sent them the video... got "I can only see it's been delivered... so it's been delivered."  
 
That's that. Case closed.  
 
"Delivered" now means lost or stolen (often by the driver themselves).  
 
They don't care and I no longer order anything that requires delivery... not even pizza.
