Just wondering if a solo female traveler can consider going to Delhi, Agra, Jaipour, and Rishikesh for visit ( probably around 2 weeks total) ?  
Best way to travel between cities and is it safe? Any tips appreciated.  
I guess there are many families in Brandon from India that they can respond accurately . Also, visitors from canada to India that they can share their experience.

Always be vigilant. In general all tourist places around the world has some or other pros and cons.  
I believe if your traveling solo, it is advisible to have set itinerary and strictly follow it. Have the same plan shared with family and friends for any emergencies.  
 
Don't assume that travel in india is cheapest by any ways, be prepared to pay premiums if you expect luxury hospitality.  
 
Timing is very important. There is going to be Kumbh Mela if you are going prayagraj where there will be around 400 million people expected at gahering during period of 2 months.
