My hamster is having an issue with his eye and tge emergency vet in Winnipeg said to get him in as soon as possible since it's an eye issue. I can probably only be able to cover about half of it on the day they will see him, but won't be able to pay the rest until January 15th when I get the Climate Tax money. I just paid my overdue phone bill today because I didn't know this was happening and now I can't fully cover the cost but he needs to be seen. I don't think I wil be eligible for Petcard because I'm on disability and I also wouldn't have anyone to sign the paper work. (I only know that's the process because my ex used Petcard for his bearded dragon but he had a job and his mom signed the paper work, but I don't have that option). Will Brandon Hills Veterinary Clinic make a payment arrangement plan with me? I don't believe there's any other vet in Brandon to look at a pet hamster. Thanks.

I no longer need help with this. I realized the hemp bedding I've been using is too dusty and I fixed the issue. Unsure how to delete this post.
