had my facebook account locked they asked for test if you are human and then want a selfie video wondering if this is a scamor ligit i never was asked for a picture when i started

For you to also transfer Bitcoin while nude too? I'll never fall for that again....  
 
I would venture a guess that you're being scammed.

I had the very same thing happen to me within hours of my opening my Facebook account a few years ago as I wanted to use Marketplace. Turned out that some bad guy had (or used) the very same first and last name as mine and their security folks had me do the identity confirmation thing to confirm I was really me.  
Weird to think - but it was legit and you can I seem to remember contact Facebook if you have any concerns about it.

ok so after looking for a facebook contact phone number that seemed to be legit and connacted police to get their thought as i still wasnt sure if this was a good number or scam they told me to contact canadian anti fraud centure well they say they are too busy and call again so that went nowhere so after trying a new account got it going again [it is only marketplace anyways] so people be ware and in my opinion scammers andTrump can go toHELL and die
