Is anybody else still waiting for their T5's from Westoba Credit Union now called Assiniboine Credit Union? I called to ask if they were sent out and was told that they were mailed out last month from Ontario. I was then told that a replacement would cost $15.00. We have 7 different accounts including trust accounts. Outrageous. I thought the merger was supposed to improve their service not gouge their customers.

I am finding a lot of the tax forms are late this year. I like getting my stuff done early...not this year.  
I have to look after taxes for someone who has passed and need clearance letters from CRA etc before things can be finalized....  
Very frustrating waiting until the middle of March for this stuff.
