There are stone gates at 18th and Rosser and at 1st and Princess. Both say welcome to downtown Brandon, or something like that. The old BIA boundaries also included from Pacific ave. to Victoria ave. That wouldn't be my definition of downtown but I suppose as close as one needs.

This is the Brandon real estate map. They don't have an area for downtown but they do have an area that they designate as the Core area.
