I am looking for someone to build a railing/privacy screen on a small deck (approx. 7'x 6').
I have searched the Handyman/craftsman section of the Classifieds. There are quite a few.
I'm just wondering if anyone has tried any of them, or if someone could recommend someone who is competent.
