Digital Commerce Bank....received 2nd email and just can't find out if it's a scam.  
 
"We have observed a recent deposit from the Government of Canada to your Digital Commerce Bank Account. We also see that you have not yet logged into to your new Banking portal.  
 
Please look for a previously sent email which i:ncludes your temporary login  
credentials. Use the following URL to log into your new portal with the temporary credentials provided.

I'd say if you don't have heard of this bank and the " Government of Canada" has made a deposit its pretty evident that it's a scam - any banking with the Government has to be registered by YOU so if you don't know that bank i'd say SCAM

I Googled Digital Commerce Bank and it does exist. I would suggest you go to your bank and have them advise you what to do. Why it was sent to you this way is questionable so do not give any personal info if you open it.

Who did your taxes for you? If it was Liberty, you should call them for advice as how to access your refund as it looks like have a deal with DCBank.

I haven't done my taxes at liberty in years

Best to check with whomever did your taxes just to make sure they don’t have an agreement with DC Bank. (It looks like H&R might.)
