Anyone have any info, good or bad about the Wellness Clinic? It sounds like something that would benefit us as it seems that they look at total health, - physical, mental , dietary, etc.

I have no experience with this clinic but when I read your post I checked it out because I have no family doctor.  
According to their website there is no additional fee for their family doctors but everything else appears to have a cost, to be paid at the time of your appointment.  
The clinic sounds like it covers a lot of bases but only good for someone with money or a good insurance plan.  
Maybe you already knew this? If so, sorry for putting in my 2 cents worth.

There is no fee. They have 2 doctors looking for new patients. If you have a MB health card, it is free

The only service that is covered by Manitoba Health is seeing a physician at the Wellness Clinic.  
From their Patient Handbook (available on their website):  
 
"9. Is it all covered under Manitoba Health?  
Here’s how coverage works:  
Covered by Manitoba Health:  
All medical appointments with your physicians  
 
Not Covered by Manitoba Health (But May Be Covered by Third-Party  
Insurance):  
Allied health services, including therapy, physiotherapy,  
occupational therapy, and more  
Many of these services are covered under private insurance or can  
be submitted as a tax-deductible health expense  
We continue to advocate for healthcare team funding so that more  
services can be accessible to all."  
 
Also from their website re- doctors:  
"Dr. Gaiser and Dr. Misko specialize in women’s health and mental health, offering services like pap clinics, birth control consultations, and support for mental health concerns.  
 
Dr. Amadi provides care across a broad scope of family medicine, addressing the remaining range of primary care needs."
