Rusty rocker panels

Quite a while ago there was someone looking for a body shop to fix rust on his vehicle. Couldn't find a shop that would do this work. Now I am having the same problem. No one wants to do it. Dirty. Not enough money in it for the amount of work.
Wondering if the o.p. or anyone else has found someone to do this work
