Trevor B said "want a leader who is like trump and will do the things trump does. Poilievre already has his full pension without ever have to work any real job. Just like Grant Jackson, worked in the office for Larry Maguire. Got elected MLA, then the moment Larry decided not to run again, Grand resigns as MLA. So in 6 years Grant will get his full MP pension. "
Really depends what you mean by full pension. MPs pay a significant portion of their salary into their pension plan - over 20% of their salary.
If they don't reach 6 years of service as an MP, their contributions are returned to them. If they do, they are eligible for a pension that will be roughly 3% of their salary for each year they were an MP.
So after 6 years, they would be eligible for a pension worth 18% of their salary when they reach the retirement age.
The plan is quite complex, but it's a massive oversimplification to say an MP gets a full pension after 6 years.
