Wi-Fi Enabled Noma A/C

I have a Noma A/C with Wi-Fi capability. When I had my old router, it connected fine, but since MTS replaced my router with a newer model, I've never been able to get it to link to the network. If this is an issue with the router settings, where do I look in the menu and what do I change?

Perhaps you are connected to the 5Ghz frequency and the A/C only supports 2.4Ghz? There are quite a few devices that will only work on a 2.4Ghz frequency network.

On some routers, the same SSID is broadcasted for both frequencies. Not sure how the WiFi is configured on the A/C, but if its through an app you need to make sure you are connected to the 2.4Ghz network on your phone.
