MTS Bell webmail

Anyone having trouble with MTS Bell webmail.
On and off for several months we have been having trouble sending emails. Sometimes receiving but most often sending.
A call to MTS Bell was less than helpful but we did get a call back from someone who was unable to resolve our problem but genuinely tried and did give us some useful information.
