Someone to do flowerbeds

I had someone lined up to clean up and possibly so some planting in my flower beds, but they are now unable to do so.

I know I can hire a company, but I have someone to do lawn care. I am wondering if there is someone who likes to muck around in flowerbeds and would be willing to help out this year. I will pay
