I have a message for the person looking for a good job. Places that are constantly advertising  
the same job over and over again! Red flag! There’s a problem stay away the work place is toxic. The work load is unreasonable or the employer’s expectations are unreasonable!  
The job des:cription and wages may sound really  
good but once you’re in the job things are not as  
advertised and then it’s to late.

I was in this situation. Was basically hired...decided to do something else...that wasn't the job for me...great job decent pay and great people but I was too stressed because I didn't feel like I was doing the job as I wasn't educated for part of the position.  
First job came available AGAIN...I contacted them...they hired me at a higher rate of pay. Walked out after 3 weeks and never went back. Found out they had gone through 5 people before me...  
The only thing I disagree with is that when you are in the job it is "too late". It isn't..you can do a lot of things...bide your time until you find something else or leave. I did...landed on my feet in the best job I have ever had.  
If you are looking for work, I wish you luck. There are a lot of crappy managers/bosses/companies out there.

this is not necessarily true. at my workplace we often hire entry-level positions in order for people to get their foot in the door, then allow them to grow into a role that is the best fit for them, often moving into another department which leaves the entry-level position (administrative, usually) open again. if you're worried about the company listing the same job over and over, reach out and have a conversation with them about it before making such a quick judgement. they could also just be experiencing bad luck with candidates or hiring the wrong people.

I left a toxic workplace that I spent years in. As I was looking for a new employer, I asked questions like, "Why did the last person leave the role? What is the environment like?" Watch their faces and body language when they are responding. It says a lot more than their words normally convey. I like it when they tell me that the last employee(s) are still with the company but in different roles.

But why are the positions that the entry level workers moving into often needing to be filled?

I left a toxic workplace to attend school unfortunately I got super I'll during the course and couldn't finish it and now looking for work again and it's impossible to find a job... I'm just getting frustrated and even applied for a few places that hire every few months and nothing yet... fingers crossed I find something soon and it's a good work environment

Does anyone know how to find a good work from home job? Not sure how to find a legit company as there’s so many scammers out there.

Growth! As a company grows, they need to fill new positions. You may start with just an admin assistant, but then you need someone full time in marketing. Or full time in accounting. Not every company can afford multiple FTE positions when they're starting up so often one person does it all, then eventually individual people take on roles. The same goes for companies that are NOT new and are just growing - perhaps bringing customer service in-house to grow their internal sales, or developing a new line of business. Many reasons why a company would expand their payroll. Our company started with 3 employees and now has 65 so yes we advertise for positions a lot. Turnover is surprisingly low, but we keep growing, so we keep needing to add positions. Not all ads for jobs are because a position was left vacant by someone who left, it could be new or additional. Just a thought.

Most jobs are toxic. Corporate especially. I worked at 1 government department that had a VERY HIGH turnover, they were hiring every month for years. No one wants to be in admin or clerical. The respect is not there. Just be careful and read the reviews
