Roof Clothes Dryer Vent Cleaning

Need a recommendation for someone to clean a roof-mounted clothes dryer vent. I clean the vent pipe once a year, but I just had the dryer serviced and discovered there is a partial blockage at the roof (two story house).
It is July and it seems everyone is busy, but any recommendations would be appreciated.
